While this is the fastest way to experience the effects of CBD, no one’s really sure it’s 100% safe. Research is still being done on the effects of inhaling vapor into your lungs. People love CBD. They also love gummies, so it’s a no brainer that people love CBD gummies. They taste good, they provide all the effects of CBD, and you know exactly what you’re taking which is a plus. If you have children with anxiety, you don’t have to give them CBD oil which often tastes kinda bad, you just hand them a CBD gummies and they’re good to go!

Whichever way you choose to take CBD is completely up to you. There isn’t too much difference between the methods other than what I listed above. I would say that all of these methods are completely safe to use, but as mentioned earlier, there’s no confirmation yet that vaping CBD definitely doesn’t damage the lungs.
